The free tier shows your whole Cloudflare account, read-only. Clouder Pro, an in-app purchase on the App Store and Google Play, adds write access and the tools that act for you.

Clouder Pro is bought inside the app, through the App Store on iPhone and iPad or Google Play on Android. The store handles the payment, and Clouder never sees your payment details.
Buying Pro does not switch write access on by itself. Read-only mode stays on until you turn it off in settings, so you choose the moment changes become possible. Pro also removes the ads that free users may see.
Clouder Pro is not a Cloudflare plan and does not change what your Cloudflare account can do. Features that need a higher Cloudflare plan need it in Clouder too: health checks require Cloudflare Pro or higher, and settings your plan cannot change are marked as such in the app.
Cloudflare bills your account as usual for what it uses, whether the request comes from the dashboard, Wrangler or Clouder. That includes usage-based products such as Workers AI, R2 and D1.
No. Clouder Pro is an in-app purchase that unlocks features in the Clouder app. Cloudflare Pro is one of Cloudflare's own plans for your zones, bought from Cloudflare. They are separate, and neither includes the other.
No. Clouder works with whatever plan your account has, including the free one. Some Cloudflare features need a higher Cloudflare plan wherever you use them: health checks, for example, need Cloudflare Pro or higher on the zone.
Yes. Free users may see ads served by Google AdMob. Clouder Pro has no ads, and no advertising data is collected for Pro users. The privacy policy explains what AdMob receives.
With Clouder Pro, read-only mode stays on until you switch it off in settings, so you decide when changes become possible. Testing on a separate development account first is a good habit, and the production agreement lists what to check before you write to a live account.
Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, so you manage them in your Apple Account or Google Play settings, like any other in-app purchase.
